Located in the bustling theatre district, Sushi Zen is a peaceful fine dining experience featuring creative and innovative Japanese cuisine. The environment is calm, soothing and classic; guests enter through a
revolving door and are greeted by a friendly waitstaff and hanging paper lantern. Organic elements such as wood and glass populate the space brining warmth and intimacy.

In the main dining room, a giant net of wood sits above patrons as they dine. Hard backlight hits the net creating a pleasing visual effect. For the ultimate experience, sit at the sushi bar and watch
the chefs prepare their amazingly unique creations. Be amazed as they slice, dice and make some astounding pieces of art. The use of the blowtorch is also a novelty and great site to see.

The omakase sashimi is one of the best presentations we have seen. Freshly cut raw fish is mixed together with an assortment of mixed greens, wasabi and lemon–all served on a bed of ice. The dish can be
customized to your preference and budget. The cuisine is simple and complex–flavors of items you would never think would go together blend with harmonious perfection.
