Lindenbrau
The brewery is famous for its house beer– the Hofbrau-WeiBe, the freshest brew in Berlin. You can order a .5 L or even a beer cocktail with a variety of flavors– Apple, lemon, mango and many more.
Lindenbrau is an authentic German brewery located in the ever so trendy Sony Center, Berlin. The restaurant is the perfect place for groups for pre-party drinks and a traditional German feast.
The food is traditional German cuisine and comes in big meaty proportions. We feasted on the braised knuckle of lamb with green beans and the freshest rosemary potatoes. The meat literally falls off the bone an goes extremely well with the savory side dishes.
The specialty plate is served with Bavarian sausage, roast pork, leberkase (meatloaf), sauerkraut and a bread dumpling.
The 3 story mega complex has an astounding view of the Sony Center. As you look to the sky, you will see a color changing spiral that is similar to a parachute. Bright lights and geometric shapes float throughout the futuristic scenic landscape.
Grab a seat around the beer filter and hot water storage. These polished contraptions that make the beer so savory sit in the center of the restaurant and are surrounded by an industrial spiral staircase. The hot water storage is one of the last silver chromed beer machine in existence. The sparkle and glistening texture is quite a dazzling spectacle for even the harshest beer snobs.
