A trendy Japanese style restaurant in Artsy east Berlin, is the perfect place to dine after visiting some of the hip galleries around town. The lounge German Lounge beat sweeps you away from the cold outside into a catchy contemporary vibe. Soft ambient lighting from the fluffy cloud  like formation helps define the casual mellow atmosphere of an escape to the zen and comfort of a contemporary noodle house.

Slurping! Sususu’s literal translation from Japanese is the perfect name for a contemporary noodle house. It’s painted cherry blossoms and Bonzi trees, along with the communal dinning feel create a very realized, chic,  and social environment. Its a fusion of the old world completely swept away in the milieu of an every changing Berlin.

The Sweet aroma of the rock shrimp, with sweet chilli sauce, walnuts, and fresh organic greens, entices your morsels for the first bite. Slightly spicy, its texture has is very smooth, complemented a slightly subtle crunch of the the walnuts. Its a very satisfying blend that keeps, creates a curiosity of the dishes to come.

Savory noodles warm your belly on a rainy night, inviting every Berliner to a beer along with a rich and smooth traditional Japanese udon. The soup Lightly touched with green onion, healthy seaweed, and healthy Japanese broth was  a perfect and filling addition to a great and a soul-full environment.
