A TRADITION OF ELEGANCE AND EXCELLENCE
For more than a century, the Chateau – once a Reims property owned by the Polignac family, now a luxury hotel – has perpetuated a tradition of elegance and excellence. The very symbol of French-style art de vivre in the heart of Reims, city of art and history… The home of dedicated, caring service in a warm and intimate atmosphere.

A HOUSE STEEPED IN HISTORY AND CULTURE
The interior design is signed Pierre-Yves Rochon. For this house, steeped in history and culture, the famous interior architect chose a refined decor featuring the best in French classicism. Outside, a beautiful terrace overlooks the seven-hectare park. The Chateau: the only place in the world dedicated to the full enjoyment of champagne.

THE PLACE TO ENJOY CHAMPAGNE IN REIMS
You can taste the excellence of Les Crayères every day in the relaxed atmosphere of the Le Jardin Brasserie. Here, the decor, inspired by the history of the site, emphasises transparency and friendliness: large veranda, traditional materials (brick, oak floor, slate), kitchen opening onto the outdoors and the Brasserie rooms, and vast terrace overlooking the magnificent park. Its director, Vincent Mansencal, welcomes you to the Jardin to share the magic of Les Crayères with you.

CREATIVE REGIONAL CUISINE
An extension of the gourmet restaurant Le Parc, the Le Jardin Brasserie takes you on another culinary voyage around champagne. The kitchen staff gives a fresh yet simple touch to the great classic dishes from the Champagne region and elsewhere. For the wine cellar, master sommelier Philippe Jamesse offers an exceptional selection of champagnes, from the top brands to the best independent winegrowers, making each moment spent at Le Jardin a memorable one.
